The social network thinks you're posting too frequently

If, when you try to post, you receive a message that you're posting too frequently and the social network suggests trying again later, this means you've reached your posting frequency limit.

Possible causes​

  1. Social Network Limits — All social platforms have built-in limits on the number of posts you can post within a certain period of time. This is done for:
  • Protection from spam and automated bots
  • Ensuring the quality of content in the feed
  • Preventing server overload
  1. Time Limits — If you've published several posts in a row within a short period of time, the system may temporarily limit your activity.

What to do?​

  1. Increase the interval between posts Put longer pauses between posts.

  2. Use scheduled posts Schedule posts in advance at regular intervals.
