Perform a complete reconnection of the social network, remove the Postmypost app from the list of apps, then reconnect the social network

If you are experiencing problems posting or other issues with a connected social network, a full reconnection may resolve these issues. This process involves removing the Postmypost app from the social network's list of allowed apps and reconnecting.

Possible reasons

  • Access Token Expired — Over time, access tokens used to connect to social networks may expire.
  • Application Permissions Changed — Social networks may change access policies for third-party apps.
  • Technical Issues — Temporary technical issues on the social network's side.
