This post cannot be published because the social network prohibits the publication of duplicate content.

Many social networks have algorithms that identify and block duplicate or repetitive content. This is done to maintain the quality of content in the feed and prevent spam. If you attempt to publish a post that the system recognizes as a duplicate of an existing one, you will receive this error.

Possible reasons​

  • You are attempting to publish the exact same post that has already been published on this account.
  • You are publishing the same content in multiple groups or channels simultaneously.
  • The text of your post is too similar to recently published content.
  • You are using the same images or videos that were recently published.
  • The social network's automated system mistakenly identified your content as duplicate.

What to do?​

  • Change the content of your post: Add new information, change the wording, or change the structure of the text. - Use unique media: Replace images or videos with new ones, or edit them.
  • Wait a while: If you need to post similar content, do so after a few days.
  • Stagger posts: If you post similar content in different groups, space them out.
  • Check your post history: Make sure you haven't posted this content before, perhaps through other services.
