The user connecting the page must be an administrator, editor, or moderator.

If an error occurs when connecting a page to Postmypost, check the user's access rights and the presence of two-factor authentication.

Possible causes

  1. Insufficient access rights The user connecting the page does not have the required rights—it must be an **administrator, editor,, or moderator.

  2. No two-factor authentication If the page you are connecting requires mandatory two-factor authentication, and the user has not activated it, the system will not allow the connection to be completed.

What to do?

  1. Check the user role
  • Make sure the user has one of the following roles: Administrator, Editor, or Moderator.
  • If the user has lower access rights, ask the page owner to grant the required access level.
  1. Enable two-factor authentication (if required)
  • Go to your account security settings.
  • Enable two-factor authentication via SMS or an authenticator app.
  • Confirm your login and save your changes.
  1. Reconnect the page

After updating access rights or activating two-factor protection, reconnect the page through Postmypost.
