You may have exceeded the posting limit or the post content does not comply with social network rules
Each social network has limits on the number of posts as well as content requirements for posts.
Possible reasons
- The daily or hourly posting limit has been exceeded.
- The text contains prohibited words or violations of the platform's rules.
- The account is temporarily restricted due to activity resembling spam.
What to do?
- Check posting limits—if the number of posts exceeds the allowable limit, wait and try again later.
- Edit the content of the post—make sure the text does not contain prohibited words or rule violations.
How to check whether the account is restricted?
A social network may temporarily restrict posting if the account's activity appears suspicious or resembles spam. In this case, posting will be unavailable while the restriction remains in effect.
To check the account:
- Sign in to the account directly on the social network's website or in its app.
- Try to manually publish a simple text post without links or media files.
- Check your notifications: the social network may ask you to verify your phone number or email address, or notify you that the account has been temporarily restricted.
- Follow the instructions provided by the social network. If manual posting is unavailable, wait for the restriction to be lifted or contact the social network's support team.
Once you can publish posts manually again, retry the publication in Postmypost.
