Team
Teamwork in Postmypost helps bring together your team and clients in a single workspace. With no restrictions on the number of participants, you can flexibly structure processes, optimize interactions, and work as efficiently as possible.
Team management
In the "Team" section of the project, you can add, edit, and remove team members.
- Adding — click "Add", enter the user's email, and send an invitation. The new participant will receive a notification and join the team.
- Editing — use the pencil icon next to the user, make changes, and save them.
- Deleting — click the trash icon and confirm the deletion.
Role management
In Postmypost, when adding a team member, you can select their type — client or team. Clients have access only to public comments in discussions, while the team can see private messages as well.
Additionally, each participant can be assigned one of the predefined roles or have custom permissions configured manually, defining access to each feature. This allows flexible management of access levels and distributing responsibilities within the project.
Questions and answers
How to change the project owner?
The project owner is usually the person who created it. However, in some cases, management rights need to be transferred to another user — for example, when changing the person responsible for the project or transferring the work to another team.
To transfer the project to another owner, you need to perform a few steps.
- Add the new user to the project.
- Open the list of projects by clicking on the logo.
- Click on the menu next to the desired project and select "Change owner".
- In the pop-up window, select the new owner and confirm the action.
After that, the project will be managed by the new owner.
I invited a user, but the project does not appear for them
This can happen if the invitation was sent to a@company.com
, but the user logged in with b@company.com
. Try resending the invitation to the correct address or ask the user to log in with the email to which it was sent.
Is there a separate plan for additional team members?
No, you can add participants without restrictions. In Postmypost, there are no limits on workspaces or concurrent sessions.
