This message appears not because of Postmypost, but because the social network itself has temporarily restricted actions (posts, comments, etc.) to protect users from spam.

Possible causes

  • The social network detected too many actions in a short period of time.
  • Frequent publications through third-party services triggered protection mechanisms.

What to do

  • Wait a few hours — the restriction will be lifted automatically.
  • Reduce the frequency of publications or increase intervals in auto-posting.
  • If necessary, reconnect your account in Postmypost settings.

If the issue persists for a long time

If the restrictions are not lifted after several days:

  • Contact Postmypost support for a more detailed investigation. We may contact the social network's technical support to provide additional technical information.
  • Check notifications in the social network app or email - they may contain information about the imposed restrictions.
  • Contact the social network's support directly - this may speed up the resolution process, especially if the account was temporarily restricted.
