Your tariff plan allows you to manage ... accounts/groups/pages
When attempting to connect a new account, you received a notification that you had reached the account limit on your tariff plan.
Possible reasons
You've connected the maximum number of accounts available on your plan. Each plan in the service has a limit on the number of accounts, groups, or pages that can be connected and used simultaneously. Once this limit is reached, the system won't allow you to add new accounts without upgrading your plan or freeing up space by deactivating unused accounts.
What to do?
- Change your tariff: Go to the "Tariffs and payment" section, select a suitable tariff and a larger number of accounts and make a payment to continue using the service.
- Disable unused accounts: If you do not want to change the tariff, in the account management section, disable those that are no longer used.
