When connecting your account, you did not grant permission to publish photos, please reconnect and ensure these permissions have been granted

To publish photos on social networks, you must grant special permissions when connecting your account. If these permissions were not granted during authorization, the system will not be able to publish photos to your account.

Possible reasons

  1. Rejection of permissions - During the authorization process, you may have rejected the request to publish photos.

  2. Partial permissions - You may have selected only some permissions from the list, without enabling permission to publish photos.

  3. Technical error - An error may have occurred during the authorization process, preventing all necessary permissions from being granted.

  4. Change in social network policy - The social network may have changed its access policy, requiring re-authorization with the new permissions.

What to do?

  1. Disconnect and reconnect your account. Go to the account management section, find the problematic account, and disconnect it. Then, follow the reconnection procedure.

  2. Carefully check the requested permissions. When reconnecting, carefully read the list of requested permissions. Make sure you grant all necessary permissions, especially those related to photo posting.

  3. Pay attention to the social network authorization screen. The authorization screen should list all requested permissions. Make sure you do not uncheck any items related to publishing content and photos.

  4. Contact Support. If the issue persists after all attempts, please contact our support team with screenshots of the authorization process and a description of the issue.

Different social networks may have different wording for photo posting permissions. They typically contain the words " publication," "photo," "media," or "content." Always grant all requested permissions for the service to function properly.
