Why posts may be published with a delay and when to contact support

Sometimes after initiating publication, a post may not appear on social networks immediately. This is a normal situation — publication can take some time depending on the type of content and platform load. Below are typical timeframes and cases when you should contact support.

How long can publication take?

Regular publication (without scheduling) — up to 5 minutes. The service checks the file, forms a request to the social network, and receives publication confirmation.

Scheduled publication — the post is sent approximately 1-2 minutes before the specified time, and publication can take up to 5 minutes after the scheduled time. Thus, when scheduling a publication in advance (for example, an hour or more), the total delay does not exceed 5-7 minutes.

Possible reasons for delay?

Multiple publications scheduled for the same time. If several posts are scheduled for the same time, they are published sequentially, which may cause a small queue.

Processing large files. High-resolution videos or images may take longer to upload and process before sending.

Social network response. Sometimes the third-party platform (Instagram, Facebook, VK, etc.) responds with a delay — this is normal behavior and does not require any action from the user.

Recommendations

  • When scheduling posts, leave a 2-3 minute interval between publications.
  • Check that connected accounts are active and authorization has not expired.
  • If publication is not completed within 10 minutes — contact support.
