Why doesn't the service detect the account's premium subscription?
If you connected an account to Postmypost and then purchased a premium subscription in the social network itself, the change may not appear in the service right away. This is because account data is refreshed only at the time of connection.
Possible solutions
Reconnect the account: remove the account from Postmypost and connect it again. This will refresh the data and pull in the current subscription status.
