Missing Instagram accounts when connecting through Facebook?

Possible reasons

  • The user connecting does not have access to the required Facebook business pages.
  • The Postmypost app does not have the necessary permissions.

Check access to Facebook pages

  1. Log in to Facebook and click on the profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select your page name from the menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Go to your page.

  4. Click on the "Professional Dashboard" button under the cover photo of the page.

  5. On the opened page, in the left sidebar "Professional Dashboard", scroll down to the "Page Access" section.

  6. Click on your name to view your rights.

  7. In the pop-up window, check your rights.

Remove the Postmypost app from business integrations

Go to Facebook Business Integrations, find Postmypost, and remove it. After this, reconnect the account.

If other Instagram accounts are already connected in other Postmypost projects, their authorization will be lost in all projects after removing the app from business integrations. To restore functionality, you will need to reconnect the accounts.
