Sorry, unfortunately you can send a message within the first 7 days after receiving it

In some communication channels, such as Instagram and Facebook, there is a limit on the time to respond to a user. You can only send a reply message within 7 days after you received a message from the client.

Why is this happening?

This is not a limitation of our service. Our application has a special Human Agent permission that allows replying to clients within 7 days. After this period, the "response window" closes.

This rule is established by social networks to protect users from spam and ensure the relevance of correspondence.

What to do?

Try to respond to incoming messages as quickly as possible. If more than 7 days have passed, you will no longer be able to send a message to this dialogue through the service. In this case, you can only contact the client if they message you first again, thereby opening a new 7-day window.
