Requirements and limitations

Here are simple rules for successful publishing in Max.

Regular posts​

Text​

  • Maximum message length: up to 4,000 characters
  • Line breaks and emoji are supported

Photos​

  • Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
  • Maximum number: up to 10 images per message
  • Recommended aspect ratio: 1:1 or 4:5

Videos​

  • Formats: MP4
  • Maximum length: up to 5 minutes
  • Maximum file size: up to 50 MB
  • Codec: H.264

Files​

  • Formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX
  • Maximum file size: up to 20 MB
