Connecting MAX via your own bot

Connection steps

1. Create a bot.
2. Add the bot to a channel (first as a subscriber, then as an administrator).
3. Connect Max to Postmypost.

How to create a bot

1. Go to the Max platform for partners at https://business.max.ru/ and log in.
2. In the control panel, select the "Bots" section and click the "Create a bot" button.
3. Fill in the required fields:
   • Bot name — choose a name related to your project, channel, or brand.
   • Bot URL/ID — enter a convenient and memorable identifier.
4. Complete the bot creation by following the instructions on the platform.
5. Once created, open the bot card and copy its token — you will need it when connecting to Postmypost.

Adding the bot to a channel

1. Open the desired channel in Max.
2. Go to the channel settings.
3. Open the members management section.
4. Click Add subscriber (or a similar option).
5. In the search field, enter the name of the created bot and select it from the list.
6. Confirm adding the bot as a channel subscriber.
7. After adding the bot as a subscriber, open the administrators management section.
8. Click Add administrator (or a similar option).
9. In the search field, enter the name of the created bot and select it from the list.
10. Confirm adding the bot as a channel administrator.
11. Save the channel settings.

Connecting Max to Postmypost

1. In Postmypost, go to the “Accounts” section and click “Connect”.
2. In the window with the list of channels, select Max and click “Connect”.
3. Enter the bot token you copied when creating the bot.
4. Click “Connect” and wait for the process to complete.
5. After a successful connection, a list of available Max channels will open. Select the ones you need and click “Connect”.
6. Done! Your Max channel is connected to Postmypost.
