In Postmypost, you can create automations—chains of actions that occur without human involvement. It works like a visual builder: you choose how everything starts, add the necessary steps, and connect them.

Scenarios help reduce routine tasks: automatically respond to messages and comments, initiate post creation on a schedule using Postmypost AI for text generation. All without coding—simple and visual.

Automation consists of simple elements that you connect in the required sequence.

— Trigger — initiates the scenario (for example, a comment or a specific time) — AI assistant — generates text or assists with logic — Action — performs the required task: publishes a post, sends a response, etc.

You set the logic as needed, and the system executes everything when the required condition is met.

Getting started​

How to set up responses to comments and messages​

Postmypost AI can automatically reply to messages and comments on social media—as if a human is responding on behalf of the brand. To ensure responses are accurate and useful, it's important to set clear communication rules: what is acceptable and what is not.

Go to the "Automation" section and click the "+" button to add the first block to the workspace.

  1. Create a trigger: Social media event—for example, a new message or comment.
  2. Add an AI assistant block. Here you need to clearly explain how the assistant should behave. For example: "You are a marketing assistant. Respond concisely, friendly, and to the point. Avoid arguments, do not make promises on behalf of the company, do not discuss confidential topics. Always maintain a respectful tone."
  3. Add a Response block. Indicate that the system should send the generated text in response to the user.

Once set up, the scenario will trigger automatically. The AI will respond according to the specified rules and tone of communication.

How to set up post creation​

Go to the "Automation" section and click the "+" button to add the first block to the workspace.

  1. Choose a trigger. For example, "On schedule"—specify when the chain should start.
  2. Add an AI assistant block. Enter the task, for example: "Write a post wishing good morning."
  3. Add a Post publication block. Indicate whether the post should be saved as a draft or published immediately. Select the necessary accounts.

Save the automation. At the scheduled time, Postmypost will generate and prepare the post.
