Connecting Medium

Connection steps​

  1. Obtain an Integration token — this is the official token for working with Medium.
  2. Link your Medium account with Postmypost.

Obtaining an Integration token​

  1. Go to your account settings on the Medium website.
  2. Navigate to the “Security and apps” section.
  3. Scroll down to the “Integration tokens” block and copy it.

If you don’t see an Integration tokens block, it means you cannot create tokens because Medium has disabled this option. Tokens can only be used for accounts where they were previously created.

Connecting Medium to Postmypost​

  1. In Postmypost, go to the “Accounts” section and click “Connect” next to Medium.
  2. Enter the Integration token into the form on the connection page in Postmypost, and click “Connect”.
  3. The account associated with this Integration token will open. Check the box next to the account and click “Connect”.
  4. Congratulations! The account is connected.
