Connecting Max

As of January 14, 2025, according to the Max platform rules, access to the platform and its services — chatbots, mini‑apps, channels — is available only to a limited list of legal entities and sole proprietors (IE) who have published an app in RuStore or registered on MSP.RF.

These restrictions are set by the Max platform itself and are described in detail in their official documentation. You can follow the link below to check the current conditions yourself — it is possible that by the time you read this guide, connection may be available to a wider range of companies:

Connection steps​

  1. Create a bot.
  2. Add the bot as an administrator to a channel.
  3. Connect Max to Postmypost.

How to create a bot​

  1. In the Max app, find MasterBot via search and open it.
  2. In the MasterBot interface, select the action to create a new bot.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • Bot name — choose a name related to your project, channel, or brand.
    • Bot link/ID — specify a convenient and memorable identifier.
  4. Complete bot creation by following the MasterBot prompts.
  5. After creation, open the bot card and copy its token — you will need it to connect to Postmypost.

Adding the bot as a channel administrator​

  1. Open the desired channel in Max.
  2. Go to the channel settings.
  3. Open the members or administrators management section.
  4. Click Add administrator (or a similar option).
  5. In the search field, enter the name of the created bot and select it from the list.
  6. Confirm adding the bot as a channel administrator.
  7. Save the channel settings.

Connecting Max to Postmypost​

  1. In Postmypost, go to the “Accounts” section and click “Connect”.
  2. In the window with the list of channels, select Max and click “Connect”.
  3. Enter the bot token you copied when creating the bot.
  4. Click “Connect” and wait for the process to complete.
  5. After a successful connection, a list of available Max channels will open. Select the ones you need and click “Connect”.
  6. Done! Your Max channel is connected to Postmypost.
