How to take a screenshot for a support request?

To help our support specialists quickly investigate your issue, it's important to take a full screenshot of your screen, showing everything related to the error or question. This helps us understand exactly where the problem is occurring and what is causing it.

  1. Show the entire screen. The screenshot should include the entire screen, not just a portion of the window. This way, support will be able to see all open tabs, the taskbar, and other elements that may affect the service.

The screenshot should show:

  • the page itself with the error or problem;
  • the browser address bar (URL);
  • the tab where the page in question is open.
  1. Open the browser console if necessary. Sometimes, our specialists may ask you to take a screenshot with the developer console open.

  2. Take a screenshot.

  • Windows: Press PrtScn (or Alt + PrtScn for the active window) and paste the image into a document or chat;
  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + 3 (entire screen) or Cmd + Shift + 4 (a region of the screen);
  • Linux: Use PrtScn or the built-in screenshot tool.
