How to take a screenshot for a support request?
To help our support specialists quickly investigate your issue, it's important to take a full screenshot of your screen, showing everything related to the error or question. This helps us understand exactly where the problem is occurring and what is causing it.
- Show the entire screen. The screenshot should include the entire screen, not just a portion of the window. This way, support will be able to see all open tabs, the taskbar, and other elements that may affect the service.
The screenshot should show:
- the page itself with the error or problem;
- the browser address bar (URL);
- the tab where the page in question is open.
-
